Sorrow is an abstract piece with the blue paint depicting 'the eyes of blue' portrayed here by tears running down the canvas in acrylic inks. These meandering lines also represent the journey through life as we travel from chapter to chapter, sometimes with glee and excitement , yet other times with worry and despair.
Our Sorrow is a dark cluster of thoughts but we must try to reach past them.
Hope raises its head through the yellow and more brighter, contrasting colour palette that we are drawn to, displaying ambition and desire to move towards better days ahead.
