This website offers visitors original hand painted artworks and prints. These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you the customer. These are the terms on which we sell goods to you. By ordering any of the goods you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase goods if you are at least 18 years old.

Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass when the goods are delivered to you.

You do not own the goods, and goods will not be posted until we have received payment in full.

Cancellation - You can cancel and withdraw the the order by telling us before the contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.

Postage and Packing

​

All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent artwork being damaged in delivery.

​

Shipping is included in the price of all original art, shipping charges may be applied to all other products including art prints and will be added at check out based on delivery address.

Items sent within the UK are sent by Royal Mail. With original art sent via Signed for Delivery, meaning your order will be insured and protected. Someone will need to sign for your parcel.

​International orders may be welcomed from some selected countries and regions by request. Shipping rates are dependant upon the country or region via Royal Mail Parcel Force Priority. Please note: Additional customs duties or taxes may be needed to paid upon receiving your order, this will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any extra charges for customs charges, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging: Your original art will arrive flat with a backing board for mounted work and canvas to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Prints will be sent to you straight from the printing company with a choice of packed flat with a backboard and cello bag for a small charge or alternatively rolled in a cardboard postage tube.

Refund Policy

At Stardust Acrylic Art we understand that purchasing work online can be a considered decision, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please note: the customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.

Condition of returned items:

Returned artwork must be in its original condition with all  packaging materials included. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the artwork has been damaged or altered in any way.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned artwork has been returned and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
